| Directions | Cook steak to desired doneness, brushing occasionally with part of the picante sauce. In a skillet, cook peppers and onions in hot oil until slightly tender. Add remaining picante sauce and heat through. Slice steak into thin strips. Place a little steak then pepper mix into tortilla and top with cheese. |
