| Directions | In a skillet, brown ground beef, onion, celery and green pepper until no longer pink; drain. Add tomatoes, juice and beans to beef mixture. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Simmer for 30 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Combine beef and tomatoes and drained pasta. Mix well. Pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. |
