| Directions | Combine lemon juice, salt and paprika. Dip each fillet into mixture. Place in greased serving pan, and set aside for 1 hour. Sauté onion in butter until transparent but not brown. Combine with chopped parsley. Drain juices from serving pan of fish. Top each portion with a spoonful of onion and parsley mixture. Bake fish at 400° for about 10 minutes or until fish flesh becomes opaque. |
