Lemon Baked Fish - Recipe

Directions
Combine lemon juice, salt and paprika. Dip each fillet into mixture. Place in greased serving pan, and set aside for 1 hour. Sauté onion in butter until transparent but not brown. Combine with chopped parsley. Drain juices from serving pan of fish. Top each portion with a spoonful of onion and parsley mixture. Bake fish at 400° for about 10 minutes or until fish flesh becomes opaque.

-1 each fish fillets - red snapper, sole, cod, halibut, or other white fish (4 to 6 oz 4 ounce each)
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-3 ounces lemon juice
-1/8 teaspoon Paprika
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-3 ounces butter
-2 tablespoons chopped parsley
