Directions
Mix first five ingredients for the sauce. Put half of sauce on bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Roll shredded cheese (1/4 cup) in each flour tortilla and place on top of sauce. Pour remaining sauce on top. Top with remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350. Serve topped with chopped lettuce and sour cream, if desired. Canned chicken can also be placed in tortilla.

-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 can Ro-Tel (chopped chilies & tomatoes)
-1 pound browned ground beef or turkey
-1 package shredded cheddar cheese
-12 flour Tortillas
