Trim fat and cut meat into large chunks and put into crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook 8-9- hours Put meat on a plate and shred, using two forks. Remove liquid and thicken with 2 tblsp cornstarch. Put all back in crock pot until heated. Put in flour tortillas. Serve on the side: Chopped onions Lettuce Shredded cheese Salsa Tomatoes Sour cream |
