| Directions | Thread 4-6 pieces of fruit (except mangos) on each of the 24 skewers. Place skewers on large serving platter and set aside. Place mango pieces and pineapple preserves in a food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into small serving bowl. Serve kabobs with mango coulis. |
