| Directions | Combine all ingredients in skillet chopping burger, and cook until beer is mostly evaporated. You want it still moist but not wet. This is a loose meat sandwich heaped on a bun and is traditionally topped with dill pickles and regular yellow mustard. You will just have to try this recipe and see how far it goes. I wouldn't try to feed more than four people though with this amount. I can eat three or four easily. Eat the crumbs or fallout off your plate as it is THAT GOOD! |
