| Directions | Place meat in center of large sheet heavy duty aluminum foil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine tomato sauce with onions, bacon, mustard, sugar and horseradish; spoon over meat. Bring up sides of foil and seal loosely at top with double fold; carefully place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 325° for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Carefully open foil and pour drippings into skillet. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water; stir into drippings. Bring to a boil; cook until clear and thickened. Cut meat diagonally across grain and arrange on platter; spoon some gravy over and pass rest at table. Makes 6-9 servings. |
