A type of Food Wrap that is made from flour milled from teff grain, a common grain found mainly in Ethiopia. Gluten free and wheat free, Teff flour is high in calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and thiamin and it is a good source of fiber. In Ethiopian regions, Teff flour is used to make a common flatbread called injera that is thin and flexible in texture. As the value of the grain has increased for those with food sensitivities to gluten and wheat, products made from Teff flour such as Food Wraps are becoming more readily available in natural food stores, specialty shops, and stores with African food products.
