Stone Ground Mustard

A condiment produced by grinding brown mustard seeds with a stone mill to provide a coarse textured food spread. Typically spicy, Stone Ground Mustard is a popular topping for sandwich meats and cheeses as well as a variety of sausages. As a condiment, it goes well on hearty dark breads, aged cheeses with a depth of flavor, and many different dry sausages.
