Semi-Sweet Chocolate

An eating chocolate that is generally a little sweeter than bittersweet chocolate. It is also used for baking. Bittersweet chocolate can be used as a substitute and both can be purchased in chip, chunk, bar and block form. Chocolate can be stored up to four months when wrapped and kept in a cool, dry place.
