Scapinasch

A food dish commonly served in Italy that is prepared with ravioli pasta. Made with noodle dough, the ravioli is stuffed with raisins that are mixed with ricotta cheese that has been aged. The pasta is boiled or baked and then covered with a white herb sauce and served as a main dish.
