A pureed form of garlic that is available as a juice or an extract that is made by pressing the liquid from fresh garlic. Garlic juice can be made by pureeing fresh garlic and then straining the juice. As a substitute, use 1/4 teaspoon of garlic granules or 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder to equal 1/2 teaspoon of garlic juice.
