An Italian flat bread often referred to as a Tuscan flat bread that is prepared as a thin round sheet of dough with a dimple-surfaced crust. The crust is brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and then baked for a short period of time. Other ingredients are commonly added, such as thin slices prosciutto, various herbs, onions, peppers, or other foods that add flavor to the bread.
