Greek Style Olive

A large purplish-black olive from California that grows in several different oval-shaped sizes and produced similar to Greek olives. It is a brine-cured olive that is packed with vinegar oil providing a crisp nutty flavor to its firm meat. It can be served as a snack or added as a complement to salads.
