Similar Content to: Yellowfin Tuna

A type of fish that is related to pompano and is found in the Pacific waters off Mexico and southern California. It is similar to tuna in that its texture and flavor are very much the same as tuna. Yellowtail can be used as a substitute in most tuna recipes.
