Hi! This is Laurie from RecipeTips.com. Today I am going to show you how to keep your bread warm for the buffet table. Begin by placing a tea towel into your breadbasket, and you just want to center it in there; and then you are going to pour a layer of dried beans or peas or rice into the bottom of the basket. And just fold that up, like so; and then this is ready for the microwave. Just pick it up, place it in the microwave for two to three minutes, and it is ready to heat the rolls. While the beans are heating, place a decorative towel into your basket, and this is going to be the base for where we place the beans and then the rolls and cover everything up. Once the beans are heated, remove them from the microwave and place them in the bottom of your breadbasket. Then just take your rolls that you have warmed in the oven, place them on top of the warm beans, and cover everything up with the sides of the tea towel; then they are ready to serve warm to your guests.
