Hi! This is Laurie from RecipeTips.com. Today, I am going to show you how to dice hardboiled eggs. One method to use when dicing hardboiled eggs is to use an egg slicer. Place the egg in the egg slicer and slice all the way through; and pick the egg up, turn it ninety degrees, and slice through again. The tricky part is to pick it up a third time, flip it over, and slice through a third time. Another way to dice hardboiled eggs is to use a cooling rack that has a square grid pattern. Place it over your bowl, and with the palm of your hand, gently press the egg through the cooling rack; and you will get a nice chopped hardboiled egg.
