Today I am going to show you how to make white chocolate raspberry muffins. You need two cups of Bisquick mix. Beat one egg in a small bowl, and then we are going to add that to our dry ingredients. Mix that together. Add two-thirds cup of milk and two tablespoons of a vegetable oil. Stir all those ingredients together; then just add one-third cup of granulated sugar, and just stir until combined. Stir in on-half cup of white chocolate chips. Go through your carton of raspberries to make sure you have the bad ones discarded, and then gently fold in six ounces of fresh raspberries. Spray your muffin tins with a baking nonstick spray. Fill the tins two-thirds full with your batter. Place the muffins in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove the muffins from the oven when they are golden brown.
