How to Make a Gingerbread House

"Wonderful step by step instructions! I've found that coffee cups work well to support the walls (they hold the walls in place without getting any icing on them). For a quicker hold, than royal icing, I use chocolate. It sets up right away & blends into the gingerbread. Occasionally I'll coat fragile pieces in chocolate (on the back), for added stability."
