About Me: |
Started cooking with my dad at the age of 8. First food job was at a local restaurant where I started as a dishwasher, became a prep cook, then worked as a line cook. Spent 2.5 years working in a large local pizza chain. Moved on to be a part time grill cook in a cafeteria and promoted to head chef. Took a job as a night cook in a local restaurant and developed their menu beyond sandwiches to full meals of homemade fare. Finally I opened my own diner which I operated for 4 years. |
