I do a tilapia just in a baking dish drizzled with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper. I bake at 350-375 for about 10-15 minutes until it flakes. I also make sure to line the baking dish with tin foil so clean up is easier.

Hi Joanne - as far as I know you can't type on them, you will have to print them out and hand write on them for your recipe box at home. You can start you own digital cook book by adding recipes into your recipe box through the pantry (located in the upper right hand corner of the site) and then go to your recipe box and create cook books in there. I really like my Pampered Chef knives. I know that isn't a name brand but they work great for me.

Hi there - the bacon wrapped smokies are terrific! They are really different from an ordinary smokies - these have a whole different flavor. I don't quite know how to describe them to you but my family and friends love them!
