Homemade Nutty Granola

This makes a large batch, but you can store it for a while. Use it as a topping for your fruit and yogurt parfaits, or as a breakfast cereal, or simply as a snack. Everyone will love this.

Dinner:

Mexi Corn Dip

This surprisingly addictive will have you grinning with how simple it is to make. Great served with tortilla chips or crackers, you won't be able to keep your hands out of the bowl!
Chicken Tacos

Turn ordinary chicken into a fiesta of flavor with McCormick® Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix.
Franks Chopped Salad

The best part of this salad is how versatile it is. You can go with the said ingredients or use what you have on hand. The more seasonal vegetables you use, the better it is. Great served with crusty bread for a light lunch.
Perfect Scotcheroo Bars

Simple Baked Potatoes

Baked potatoes are so simple, yet perfect for any meal. Throw them in the oven and then top the potatoes with your favorite toppings when they are done. Not to mention budget friendly, too.
Grasshopper Poke Cake

Girl Scout Thin Mints work perfectly for this recipe but I believe the Keebler ones will also work great. Mint and chocolate topped off with a fudgy layer along with a whipped topping that melts in your mouth. It'll be hard to resist a second piece!
Jiggle Juice

This drink is perfect on a hot summer day with a group of friends. Pass the jar around for each to take their turn to "jiggle" the juice into a frothy treat.

Day 3
