Day 1
Breakfast:
healthy banana bread
This is a recipe that I've used several times and modified to be lower in sugar and fat and higher in fiber.
Lunch:
mom's chocolate chip cookies
Creaming the sugars with the butter until it is light and fluffy will make these cookies thicker than those flat as pancakes cookies. These will taste just like your mom made.
Dinner:
puppy chow snack food

raspberry-banana smoothie
