The pork chops look great, don't have time for them tonight but tomorrow night I can try them. I even have all that stuff on hand. Thanks for pointing out that recipe! Here it is if anyone wants to look at it:

I have the ingredients to make the "smothered" part, but I don't have any pork chops. I'm sure the "smother" would be good on noodles without the pork chops, but I'm going to try it with chicken breasts and see if it's as good.

I'm going to make the Smothered Pork Chops. I've made these before and even my kids love it! Better yet, they can be made in less than an hour with ingredients I usually have on hand - no need to stop at the grocery store.

that does sound good Kelly, I'm going to try that another day after I get some groceries. For today, I need something fast with ingredients on hand and it is to late to use the crock pot.

I'm going to try the recipe on the home page for chicken and biscuits - that looks great!

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.

I’ll be cooking a Peruvian dish for my grandparents this weekend and I need suggestions. This will be my first time cooking a Peruvian cuisine and I badly need your help on what to cook.
