In saucepot, heat oil and cook green pepper, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Stir in sausage, oregano, cumin and crushed red pepper flakes and cook 1 minute. Stir in beans and Knorr Beef flavor Bouillon Cube blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes.
In blender make a smooth puree. Return soup to saucepot and simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Season, if desired, and Garnish. Enjoy!

My family loves all soups, so we make them a lot. This will be another great one to try. Have you tried a portuguese soup called "Caldo Verde?" it's a kale soup and is our absolute favorite. I don't have the recipe on hand, but all you have to do is Google it and you will see some great authentic ones :)

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.
