hi im wanting to know if i add the 16 oz beer and pickling spices so i can make rubins not useing cabbage ect and how long to cook it ty

I would cook the recipe for the same amount of time regardless of adding any of the vegetables. I would also keep an eye on it to make sure enough moisture remains since the vegetables are absent. Possibly add some water or additional beer if the moisture level gets too low. You don't want to dry out the corned beef brisket. I would error on the side of too much liquid rather than not enough. Best of luck with the recipe change.

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.
