I am not sure how well the cabbage would freeze. It would probably affect the texture of the cabbage but I am not sure to what extent. It may still be acceptable. The other ingredients should be fine to freeze. I suggest giving it a try sometime when it wouldn't matter so much if it didn't turn out or sometime when you are making it experiment by freezing a small portion of the dish and see what happens. Cooking Oils
Aren't Olive, Canola, Sunflower, etc., all different kinds of "vegetable" oils? My daughter has a recipe that calls for "vegetable oil" and is concerned that the oils we have in the cupboard (above) are unacceptable.
