Please specify flour or corn tortillas if you wish to be taken seriously. Not only do the flavors differ, but the texture and treatment do.

Hi Honey. This should be heavy cream. We have updated the recipe. Thank you for reaching out for clarification. We appreciate the feedback. All the best!

Hello, I saw your cajun crawfish fondue recipe. I want to make it for a dinner party I'm having and I noticed, part of the recipe says "cream", but wasn't specific on what kind of cream. Do you mean heavy whipping cream or canned cream?

You are right, their flavor and texture do differ. That is why many times one or the other is not specified because most people prefer one over the other, which in most cases either can be used in a recipe. If the author of the recipe feels one or the other needs to be used, they will specify it in the recipe. Is there some particular recipe that you felt one or the other needed to be used?

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.
