Here are three dessert type recipes that you could try. http://www.recipetips.com/recipe-cards/t--3298/gluten-free-english-toffee.asp; http://www.recipetips.com/recipe-cards/t--2736/gluten-free-peanut-butter-cookies.asp; http://www.recipetips.com/recipe-cards/t--79326/gluten-free-cowboy-cake.asp;
The recipes on all of these indicate that they are gluten-free. I am sure there are other recipes on the site that are gluten free. You can search the site for them and check the ingredient lists to see if all the ingredients are gluten free. I hope these three recipes will give you a couple of options.

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.

I’ll be cooking a Peruvian dish for my grandparents this weekend and I need suggestions. This will be my first time cooking a Peruvian cuisine and I badly need your help on what to cook.
