I think you should include directions for baking something in an oven along with your directions for "grilling". Please tell me on this recipe what the directions would be if you are using an oven and don't even own a grill. Thanks so much. Vicki

I would follow all the directions as stated except rather than placing on a grill I would cook it on the stove in a grill pan or if you do not have a grill pan any frying pan would work. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes on one side and if nicely browned, turn and cook on the second side for 10 or 15 minutes, until nicely browned. I am not sure about the times so watch carefully and start to test for doneness after 15 minutes or so. You do not want to overcook the turkey so just watch carefully. I hope this will help you prepare this recipe without a grill. Thanks for your inquiry.

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.
