Clett, I have a couple of suggestions that might help you when making meatloaf. When placing it in the pan make sure you pack it down tightly. Be sure to cook it long enough and when removing it from the pan use a cooking spatula to loosen the sides; then slide the spatula under the meatloaf to lift it out of the pan. The recipe I use most often is at the following address: http://www.recipetips.com/recipe-cards/u--5579/meat-loaf-with-brown-sugar-topping.asp. We love meatloaf at my house also, so I make this recipe a lot and generally to not have any trouble with it. Good luck with your efforts. I hope some of these suggestions will be helpful.

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.
