I quit making meatloaf several years ago as they fell apart when I tried getting them out of the baking dish! I had always used gr chuck and then I swiched to gr round but that didn't make any difference. Comments suggestiom ns greatly appreciated as we love a good meatloaf.

Clett, I have a couple of suggestions that might help you when making meatloaf. When placing it in the pan make sure you pack it down tightly. Be sure to cook it long enough and when removing it from the pan use a cooking spatula to loosen the sides; then slide the spatula under the meatloaf to lift it out of the pan. The recipe I use most often is at the following address: http://www.recipetips.com/recipe-cards/u--5579/meat-loaf-with-brown-sugar-topping.asp. We love meatloaf at my house also, so I make this recipe a lot and generally to not have any trouble with it. Good luck with your efforts. I hope some of these suggestions will be helpful.

Dehydrated Tomatoes

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.
