Does anyone have any good recipes for meals that can be put in the freezer that will save time later?

Since I live alone, I freeze a lot of what I make for later. Chili, stew, split pea soup (and most other soups too), pasta sauce, and many casseroles freeze well. Just divide it up into individual servings. I use canning jars for just about everything except lasagna, salmon patties or casseroles. Things like that I freeze in foil packets.

Yup!
I have a great one. I do this one a lot because I work full time and want to relax when i get home during the week. It's a huge lasagna and it's EXCELLENT. If you want to give it a try go to http://mylasagnarecipe.com
If it turned out great for me, it will for anyone!

The last time I made a roast in the crock pot, I cooked 2 roasts. When they were done, I shredded and froze one of them. The next week, I made shredded bbq beef sandwiches with it. Very quick and easy!

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.

I’ll be cooking a Peruvian dish for my grandparents this weekend and I need suggestions. This will be my first time cooking a Peruvian cuisine and I badly need your help on what to cook.
