I heard a rumor that there is a recipe out there for Peanut Brittle that you can make in the microwave? Has anyone ever heard of such a thing?

I used the Microwaveable Peanut Brittle recipe on this site about 30 times during the holidays. Friends and Family just couldn't get enough of it. I used peanuts, cashews, or almonds. Make sure your almonds are roasted and or cook one-two minutes less. Use a microwave safe bowl, as I melted one I 'thought' was microwaveable. I added chocolate to one, but had to ship it and it was too messy, tasted great though. Also made a Vegan brittle from this recipe using Turbinardo, Honey, and Butter Flavored Soy Shortening. Vegans loved it! Came out great, except I had to cook the turbinado and honey a little longer to dissolve the turninado. Great Recipe and sooooo easy!

Peanuts, chocolate, and toffee. It doesn't get much better than that.

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.
