We were recently in Chicago and had Swiss Oatmeal which is served cold from a place called Corner Bakery Cafe. It was delicious and I would like to make it at home. Any suggestions??

We went there last year and my husband loved this, too. Here's what I have come up with:
1 c oatmeal
, 1 c plain yogurt,
1/2 c skim milk
, 1 T honey,
1 apple - chopped
, 1 banana - sliced,
2 T raisins,
2 T currants,
2 T dried cherries.
Mix the oatmeal, yogurt, milk and honey in a bowl and refrigerated until ready to eat, up to 2 days. Add remaining ingredients and eat! Let me know if you try it and if you think it is even close. I have seen some people use apple cider instead of the milk for a different take.

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.
