I only prefer to use Spartan Knife, the finest knifes you can get.
I have recently ordered a new set of knife from https://awesomestuff365.com/unique-kitchen-gadgets-quirky-kitchen-accessories/>.
Really loved them :)

I have some of the Pampered Chef knives also and really like them. Even the little paring knives work great.

My best and favorite knives are Wusthof. They are pricey but worth the investment.

There are many good brands of knives but it will depend on how much you are willing to spend on them. This site has a section on kitchen knives that provides a lot of useful information that will help you select a good set of knives. To find this article go to Kitchen Advice under the Tips & Advice at the top of this page and then select Types of Kitchen Knives or go to the following address: http://www.recipetips.com/kitchen-tips/t--1075/types-of-kitchen-knives.asp
Good luck in you search for a good set of knives.

I really like my Pampered Chef knives. I know that isn't a name brand but they work great for me.

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.
