Hello, I am having a baby shower for a good friend of mine in January, most of our friends are dieting, it seems. Does anyone have any ideas on some recipes for Low Calorie, low fat recipes that would be good to serve at this shower?

Take 8 ounces light cream cheese and mix with one packet Italian dressing mix. Spread on cocktail rye bread and place a sliced cucumber on top and sprinkle with dill.

Cooking Oils
